Online High School Expansion:
ALHSO will be expanding its services to include a full high school option by adding 9th grade in 2021-22 followed by the next grade each subsequent year. More information available here!

Online Instructors Needed:
If interested in teaching online part-time through ALHSO, you may submit an application for consideration after reviewing the qualifications and approval process on page 10 of the Handbook for ALHSO Teachers.

On April 21, 2020, the MSA-CESS visitation team completed its assessment of ALHSO and written report. On Nov. 6, 2020, ALHSO was granted a full 7-year accreditation status without stipulations!

(Courses also open to home-school and public-school students.)
 
2020-21 Registration for second semester closed!
Registrations are on a first-registered first enrolled basis.
Select Resources on the above menu and then Course Offering Info., Registration Forms, or Course Syllabi. Once you locate the desired document, click on its Download link to open the document. (Costs of courses are listed on the Registration Forms document.) 
2021-22 registrations will open in late February, 2021.
 
Important Dates 2020-21: 
Dec. 10 (Thurs.): Semester 2 registrations due (Registrations still accepted up until start of course, if room.)
Dec. 14 (Mon.): Orientation for new students can begin
Jan. 6 
(Wed.): Semester 2 courses begin
Feb. 2 (Tues.)Last day to drop to avoid tuition
May 19 (Wed.)Semester 2 courses end
                    
Handbooks:
On the top menu, select Resources and then Handbooks. Click on Download for the version you wish to access.

Course Access:
After August 12th, select Course Login Page on the top menu under Links to access the course management system (CMS) Moodle website. (Here are the initial login instructions for students.)
